Micro-processing refers to the processing of structures with dimensions in the micrometer range. Depending on the application, our techniques make it possible to process structures that are even smaller than 1 micrometer. In the micro-processing, various established processes from the macro sector can be adapted. These include techniques such as marking, engraving, labeling, cutting and welding.
